This page says what we commit to, what we ask of you, and what happens if an invoice goes unpaid. Plain English, real numbers, no small print.
We will
Our side- ✓Keep the platform working. We aim for a reliable, available service. It holds your completion evidence, and we treat it that way.
- ✓Respond quickly to outages. If the platform is down or degraded, that is our top priority until it's fixed.
- ✓Fix reported bugs as quickly as we can. Anything blocking site work is treated as urgent.
- ✓Be straight with you about problems. If something breaks or needs a workaround, we'll tell you plainly.
We expect you to
Your side- ✓Pay invoices on time. Terms are on the invoice. The timeline below only starts if one goes unpaid.
- ✓Report issues promptly. The sooner we know, the sooner it's fixed.
- ✓Keep your accounts in order. Access is per person. Deactivate leavers, and keep sign-in details and signature PINs personal.
If an invoice isn't paid
This is the exact sequence. It stops as soon as the balance is settled.
£50 late fee, 30-day grace period
A one-off £50 late-payment fee is added and a 30-day grace period begins. Everything keeps working, and we'll send reminders.
Access suspended
Access is disabled for all your users. Nothing is deleted.
Data deleted
If the account hasn't been reactivated within 90 days of suspension, your data is permanently deleted.
